President cum Director - Extended Programs
Prisiclla Christinal aged 42 years hails from Tiruvannamalai in Tamilnadu. She had completed her graduation and joined this organisation as project officer and also holds the position of President in Governing Board. She is a person with determination towards achievement of the goals of the organisation. Her invaluable contribution to the organisation during the past thirteen years have given opportunities to these little orphan children to pursue a free higher education in professional, technical, vocational studies. She had performed roles of blue collared jobs to white collared jobs at this organisation despite the positions she holds. She is a proven asset to this organisation in the development of the organisation. She is married and blessed with two children. She had successfully secured free higher education at various educational institutions for about 100 poor orphan children to pursue graduation post graduation in arts, science engineering , paramedical and other disciplines at free of cost. Presently she is also associated with M/s Hindusthan Educational Institutions charitable Trust, Coimbatore.
Secretary cum Project Director
Sylvester Chandra aged 51 years is the founder and secretary of Governing Board of CORA and the Project Director. Sylvester Chandra hails from Thanjavur in Tamilnadu . He had completed Master's Degree in Commerce and in Sociology .He worked as a Part Time Research Associate with M/s Beseant Raj International Chennai during 1989 for a period of one year and had carried various data collection assignments and had been part of various projects during this period successfully.He joined with Christian Medical College Hospital Vellore and worked from 1989 – 1993. In this Institution he started his career as Field Investigator was elevated to Team In charge. The Project he worked was a ICMR ( Indian Government Project ) on Poliomyletis Control and HIV/AIDS reference and sentinel cell. During the period of five years he had executed various data collection assignments and had implemented development projects.He was appointed by the Ministry of Social Defense Government of Tamilnadu as the District Child Welfare Committee Member for a term of three years for Vellore and Tiruvannamalai Districts.He also holds many honorary positions in organisations and institutions and renders his services and consultancy.He had worked in various positions from blue collared jobs to white collared jobs right from his school days to the time he joined this organisation.. He had been the Project Director for the past fourteen years dedicating himself wholly for the upliftment of these little children. He is married and blessed with two children.
Ex - Treasurer cum - Advisory committee - Member
A.WINFRED SAMUEL CHANDRA
Late Mr. Abraham Winfred Samuel Chandra aged 80 was the ex treasurer of the governing board of CORA from 1995 - 2009. He hailed from Tirunelveli born and brought in Munnar and worked in various administrative positions with reputed tea estates in kerala. After his retirement due to his keen interest in help others he joined this team and had taken part an active role in the activities of the organisation. He had invariably contributed to the children's development since the beginning of the project and had been a strong back bone of the project. He passed away in December 2009 and six months prior to his death he retired from the governing board as treasurer due to his health condition and remained as advisory committee member. He death is an irreparable loss to the organisation.

FLORENCE ESTER BAI
Late Mrs.Florence Ester Bai aged 80 born and brought up from Nagercoil completed her graduation in humanities. She is a woman of hard work discipline and determination and perfection with no compromise, affectionate and lovable by all by nature. Of course she was a invaluable mother to all of us. Not only a vice chairman of the advisory committee but also as person who would direct and guide the project as an elder on day to day activities. She was active in the Advisory committee till her death. She passed away in May 2009. It was a tragic loss to whole of the project.
